- To conclude and perform the contracts between us and to provide you with the services we offer, to ship the goods ordered, to process payments, to handle complaints, to provide electronic services, etc.
- To perform Juka's obligations under the law, including in particular issuing and storing invoices, processing payments, storing invoices and accounting documents, including for archiving purposes.
- Protection of Juka's rights in accordance with the law, including, in particular, the enforcement of overdue payments in the framework of debt collection processes and lawsuits.
- To verify your payment credibility and creditworthiness when granting you a credit limit as well as to secure payments due to Juka, Juka's legitimate interest as defined in the data protection legislation, including conducting marketing of products and services.

- Entities with which Juka has a contract of cooperation, based on the agreement of entrustment of processing of personal data, in order to perform the contract between us, to fulfill Juka's obligations under the law, to protect Juka's rights in accordance with the law on the fulfillment of Juka's legitimate interest within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, Juka may provide your personal data to entities such as banks, debt collection companies, postal and courier service providers, companies with which we cooperate to provide marketing services.
- Supervisory authorities, authorities and other third parties; when necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and to fulfill obligations imposed by law, personal data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts and other authorities (e.g. tax authorities and law enforcement agencies), independent external advisors (e.g. auditors) or benefit providers. All of the aforementioned entities are obliged to maintain confidentiality and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal data will be retained for the period necessary for the purposes indicated in point 3, and thereafter for the time required by law, such as for the archiving of accounting documents or the investigation of claims. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
- Transfer of personal data to Third Countries - in the performance of services, your personal data may be transferred to business partners, including companies providing transportation, courier and logistics services, located outside the European Economic Area (so-called Third Countries). The transfer of data to such countries is carried out only on the basis of a decision of the European Commission stating an adequate level of data protection or with the application of appropriate safeguards provided for in the RODO (Article 46). - Juka undertakes to use appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your personal data. Personal data will be retained by Juka and/or its data processors only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are collected, to comply with legal obligations, for a maximum period of time to secure the materials necessary for legal proceedings (including tax proceedings), and until the possible statute of limitations for your and Juka's claims.
- The IT system in which personal data are processed meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024). The IT systems used by Juka meet both national legal requirements for the protection of personal data and the requirements of the EU Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (RODO).
- Behavioral advertising - on our site we use tools that allow us to display personalized ads based on your previous activity on the site. This allows us to suggest products and services that may be of interest to you. These tools collect anonymous information such as device and browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site, source of entry, approximate location (down to the town level), age, gender, and interests based on your online activity. We do not link this data to your personal information and do not have access to your personally identifiable information. This data is stored by tool providers that may have servers around the world.
- Newsletter subscription and receipt of e-books or other materials of a similar nature - your personal data, in particular your email address, is processed to enable subscription to the newsletter and to send commercial and marketing information electronically, including materials such as e-books related to our offer (legal basis: consent - Article 6(1)(a) RODO). Processing time: data will be processed until you withdraw your consent. After withdrawal of consent, data may be stored for up to 6 years for the sole purpose of defense against possible legal claims. Voluntariness of providing data: providing data is voluntary; however, without providing data, subscribing to the newsletter and receiving marketing materials will not be possible.
- Information about Juka.com.pl profiles on social networks - Juka sp. z o.o. Sp. K. maintains profiles on social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (hereinafter referred to as “social networks”), on which it publishes content, including information on products offered by individual brands. The administrators of these social networks independently record user behavior using cookies and other similar technologies, including when interacting with the profiles of Juka. The detailed scope and purposes of the processing of personal data within these sites are determined by their administrators. As the operator of the profiles, Juka sp. z o.o. Sp. K. has access to the aggregate statistics provided by the administrators of the sites, including the demographics and interests of users, such as age, gender or geographic region of profile visitors. Juka sp. z o.o. Sp. K. is responsible for the published content and communication with users within the framework of maintained profiles on social networks. The data controller of the social networks is: Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (Facebook and Instagram). LinkedIn: the controller of personal data of LinkedIn users using the service in designated countries (including Poland) is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, based in Dublin, Ireland.
